Hair Care vs. Hair Restoration
Hair Care can be discussed at any appointment. Examples include breakage, products, hair routines, healthy hair regimens.
Hair Restoration consultations must be booked from the appropriate category. Examples include thinning, shedding, or any form of hair loss. In an effort to give you the appropriate attention required, I will no longer discuss this at hair restoration at hair care appointments.
New Client Information
Ready to embark on a journey to healthier hair with me? Here's what you should keep in mind: New Clients are individuals who have not yet experienced a full-service (shampoo) from me. While I gladly welcome New Clients, my priority lies with Regular and Returning Clients. New Clients can secure appointments during remaining availability on Sundays at 7:20 p.m. or through Flash Appointments announced on my social media platforms. Your initial appointment offers a choice between a BLOW DRY or SILK PRESS service. Please arrive with your hair thoroughly combed, detangled, and free from any shedded hair.
Prior to booking, kindly review all policies and procedures. Booking fees are both non-refundable and non-transferable. Ensure that the booking fee is sent via Zelle within 15 minutes of making the reservation to prevent cancellation. For Zelle payments, use the following information: Shayla Gunn, 469-858-8169. We value your loyalty and want to show our appreciation. Starting now, we are introducing a special privilege for our Regular Clients. You will have exclusive access to our booking calendar Sunday's at 7:00 p.m., giving you the first pick of the available slots. This ensures that you have the convenience and flexibility to secure your preferred appointments.

Returning Clients
Welcome back, Returning Clients! It's time to rejuvenate your journey to healthier hair. If it's been more than 4 months since your last full service with me, please schedule your next appointment using the Returning Client Service Menu. The booking window opens every Sunday at 7:10 p.m. or through Flash Appointments announced on my social media platforms. Let's get your hair back on track!
Offday/ Holiday/Extended Hours
Request an extended hours service and possibly get the service you need, on off days or after-hours. Extended Hour Fee $80. Email iamshaylanash@gmail.com with Your name, requested service, and requested date in the subject line to get started! Please allow up to 48 hours for a response.
- Preparing for a salon service Make sure to properly detangle your hair and remove any braids or twists for optimal results! Detangled hair is important for achieving the desired outcome, so don’t forget this important step.
- Booking Fee are non refundable, non transferable, non disputable. The 65% booking fee will be applied to your remaining balance. One reschedule allowed per booking fee.
- Rescheduling Policy: Appointments can be rescheduled up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled appointment time.
- Availability Disclaimer: Please note that availability is not guaranteed.
- Online Booking Limitations: Kindly understand that I am unable to accommodate requests for moving or adjusting appointments beyond the options available through the online booking system.
- Change Limitation: Please be aware that service changes cannot be made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time.
- Weather Considerations: In case of weather concerns, we kindly request that you proactively check the forecast in advance and make any necessary adjustments to your appointment.
- Late Arrival Policy: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for your appointment, it may be subject to cancellation.
- Communication Regarding Lateness: We kindly request that you promptly inform us via text or phone call as soon as you realize you will be running late for your appointment.
- Regular Client= Received a full service from me within the last 4 months. I’m not accepting new clients under age 8.
- No call/ No Show will be blocked from booking. After 2 last minute cancellation (within 48 hours ) you will be blocked from booking.
- Last Minute Cancellations- Full payment is required for any last minute cancellations (within 12 hours) for any reason. You will be blocked from booking until remaining balance is paid.
- No extra guest, NO KIDS UNLESS BEING SERVICED, No outside food
